The rooms were VERY nice and cozy. The staff was helpful and kind, especially Aziz! I appreciated the cleanliness of the premises. Airport pick-up and drop-off options were convenient and comfortable. I used them. The hotel is VERY close to Istanbul Airport. There are many restaurants and supermarkets within a three-minute walk. I noted that most of the hotel employees are young but experienced and professional. They worked to. Daily housekeeping was efficient and thorough. The hotel is close to a beautiful mosque! Convenient grocery stores are just a short walk away. I found it easy to get any essentials. The cleanliness of the hotel is Excellent. Everything is super clean. I recommend this hotel for excellent service and its pristine condition.
The walls could be thicker. I could clearly hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The hotel is close to a big mosque, and I could easily reach a bakery and supermarket. The room included a kettle with tea and coffee (very useful). Breakfast was delivered to the room early because I had a very early departure, which I appreciated.
The walls seemed quite thin, so I could hear noises from other rooms.

The staff were very nice. So friendly and helpful. the room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable. i appreciated the tea and coffee available in the room. It was perfect for winding down after my flight. plus, the breakfast was yummy and delivered right to my room!!!
The area around the hotel is still being developed. It could use some sprucing up.

the hotel is conveniently located for a quick overnight stay near the airport. i found the staff waiting for me upon my 2 am arrival (i was charmed by this dedication!). check-in was fast, which i appreciated after a long journey. the room included a safe and kettle. the water pressure was strong.
the walls seemed a bit thin, so i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms (minor inconvenience, really).
